Compcierge USA, leaders in Guest Service Technology for hospitality is looking to hire an energetic, team player with some hotel operations experience. Customer Relations Manager - Job Description - Provide leadership in representing Compcierge USA from account management perspective to customers and prospects - Provide onsite and remote training to Compcierge USA clients - Manage installation and renewal process for clients - Assist with management of integrated processes such as Open Table, Super Shuttle, Flight View and Rand McNally. - Create training aids and account management media pieces - Support National Account Managers in sales process as needed. Position requires heavy local travel and light travel (1-2 times per quarter) to remote markets. Position reports to Vice President of Operations. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION: HS Diploma. College experience preferred.
