Les Clefs
d’Or, pronounced as "lay clay door", is French and literally translates as "keys
of gold". The crossed gold keys on members’ lapels are the international
symbol of the Les Clefs
d’Or organization and an assurance that you are dealing with an
experienced concierge dedicated to providing the highest quality of service to
all.
The purpose of the Les Clefs
d’Or organization is to foster the professional development of concierges in the
hotel industry by promoting tourism and the highest standards of service to
hotel guests.
